Request an order cancellation

To contact Brio Water about cancelling an order, email briowater@proton.me. Use the subject line “Cancellation request” followed by your order number.

Information to include

Please provide your order number, the name and email address used at checkout, and whether you would like to cancel the whole order or a specific item. These details help us identify your order and understand your request.

Please do not send passwords or full payment card details.

Follow up on a request

If you have already emailed us, reply to the same conversation with your order number to keep your request details together.
